This critical access hospital and clinic serves a regional population of 8,000+ residents across several surrounding communities. The facility features a 16-bed hospital with an attached 33-bed nursing home, on-site lab, radiology, physical therapy, hospital pharmacy, cardiac rehab, X-ray, and CT scan, all supported by a robust and engaged clinical team.

Job Details:

• Outpatient practice with optional inpatient responsibilities in a fun, rural, team-oriented environment
• Flexible 0.6 - 1.0 FTE position with a 4-day work week
• Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with room for schedule flexibility
• No call required
• No OB required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required
• Work alongside a collaborative team including Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, Behavioral Health Specialists, and General Surgery Outreach providers
• ER providers available 24/7 with a tele-hospitalist/APP model for inpatient care and swing bed/transitional care unit
• Current practice includes 2 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Established patient base with a newer clinic facility and private office
• EPIC electronic medical record system in use
• On-site resources include lab, radiology, physical therapy, hospital pharmacy, cardiac rehab, X-ray, and CT scan
