Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description Job Description This is an entry-level buying role built for a recent supply chain graduate who's ready to get hands-on. You'll own day-to-day purchasing and order processing, working alongside experienced buyers and supply chain staff who can help you grow into the function. If you did an internship where you touched purchase orders and vendor coordination, this is a natural next step. The role is on-site to start, with the potential to move to a hybrid schedule down the line as you get established. What you'll do Place and manage purchase orders, from creation through confirmation and follow-up Process incoming orders and keep them moving on schedule Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and delivery dates Track open orders and chase down anything that's late or short Resolve discrepancies on quantities, pricing, and receipts Keep purchasing and inventory records accurate in the ERP system Support the broader supply chain team on sourcing and planning as needed What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field A prior internship in supply chain, ideally with exposure to buying and order processing SAP experience preferred, though not required Any ERP experience is a strong plus Comfort with spreadsheets and a good eye for detail Clear communication, since you'll be dealing with suppliers and internal teams daily Company Description Ageatia was built on the principle of becoming a leading provider of workforce solutions for clients and candidates across the Engineering, Healthcare, Scientific and Information Technology industries.
