Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Custodian workers for a manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while supporting production and maintenance teams as needed. What You'll Do as a Custodian:
- Sweep and clean floors throughout designated areas of the facility
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and lunchrooms to company standards
- Replenish supplies and assist with general housekeeping duties
- Support production and material handling teams by assisting with cardboard bailing and pallet movement
- Perform exterior building cleaning tasks, including grounds maintenance and trash removal
- Assist maintenance and safety teams with equipment cleaning and spill cleanup as directed
What You Need to Bring to the Custodian:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Entry-level opportunity; 0-2 years of experience accepted
- Ability to complete and pass Tugger training
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and work on cement floors for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
