About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Value Partnerships. This role is pivotal in the development of customized solutions for customers, particularly those interested in strategic, long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying their in-depth understanding of the healthcare environment and the company's portfolio to meet the specific needs of clients. This includes leading a matrixed team to grow relationships, optimizing and presenting solutions, and driving towards partnership contracts. The role demands a professional who can thrive in a matrix management environment, engage with senior executives in the healthcare setting, and demonstrate executive-level presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare technology, digital platforms, and their impact on the workflow in healthcare institutions. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years in the field of medical technology or healthcare operations. A background in sales is a plus. The role requires the ability to confidently engage with senior executives, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and knowledge of financial models and solutions tailored to customer-specific situations. The candidate should be proactive, with the ability to transition from a reactive to a proactive approach in targeting and engaging customers. The position also involves maintaining a funnel of potential customers and active projects, as well as sharing successful practices with other Value Partnership Solutions Architects.
