In this role, you will build intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks while integrating with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and logistics platforms.You will ensure these systems operate safely and reliably through strong guardrails, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls while continuously optimizing performance and exploring new use cases.How you create impactArchitect and build AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous task executionDevelop agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct) or custom solutionsIntegrate AI agents with enterprise systems (TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS) and external APIsDesign scalable, modular components reusable across logistics workflowsImplement guardrails, validation layers, and human-in-the-loop review processesBuild monitoring, logging, and explainability capabilities for transparency and auditabilityOptimize agent performance (accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, token usage)Conduct benchmarking and real-world scenario testingPrototype and deploy high-impact use cases, such as:Autonomous customer support agentsAI-powered operations assistantsLogistics planning and automation agentsData analysis and reporting toolsCollaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutionsWhat we would like you to bringProven experience building AI/ML or agent-based systems, ideally using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similarStrong Python skills and experience integrating with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and enterprise systemsSolid understanding of LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and optimization for performance and reliabilityExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelinesAbility to design scalable architectures, including data pipelines, event-driven systems, and workflow automationStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business or operational processes into technical solutionsExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work across cross-functional teams; logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plusThis position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
