Responsibilities As a Field Technician I, you are responsible for providing support in the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC systems, and telecommunications site infrastructures. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and are ready for the challenge. Other responsibilities will include: Reading and understanding a customer's detailed plan. Providing superior customer service by ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner. Complying with all company and industry regulations and standards. Performing due diligence for multiple projects before fieldwork. Reviewing the work of your colleagues. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications About you: Safety is part of your daily routine. You have a history of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for solving difficult problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You seek long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your equipment. General construction experience of at least 1 year is preferred; telecommunications industry experience is preferred. You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. High school diploma or GED; a technical degree is preferred. Ability to work on ladders and demonstrated manual dexterity. Must be adaptable to changing environments. Must be able to lift/carry loads up to 50 pounds and be able to work up to 12 hours. Must be available to work weekends and/or nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel extensively. Must be able to work off-site or away from home as required by the job. Compensation of $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience. Hard work has its rewards.
