Associate Attorney, Litigation — Professional Liability / EPL / D&O (West Palm Beach, FL)

Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L., a civil litigation firm with offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, West Palm Beach, and New York, represents businesses, institutions, and individuals across a broad civil litigation docket. We have multiple openings for litigation associates in our West Palm Beach office, with approximately 2–10 years of experience. Responsibilities Manage cases independently from inception through resolution, including deadline and docket management Prepare written discovery, take depositions, and handle motion practice and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Develop case strategy and prepare reports and status updates Qualifications Juris Doctor; admitted to practice in Florida and in good standing (required) 2+ years of litigation experience in professional liability, EPL, D&O, or commercial matters Large firm or specialized boutique experience; prior clerkship or trial experience preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Familiarity with Aderant Expert Sierra, iTimekeep, and NetDocuments a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Professional development support Approx. 2,000 billable hours expected annually #J-18808-Ljbffr Boyd Richards Parker Colonnelli, P.L.
