Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and invasive cardiac catheterization procedures with precision.
• Collaborate with medical staff to manage patient care during procedures.
• Maintain and operate cath lab equipment, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as required.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cath lab experience required; first-time travelers welcome.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• RCIS/RCES strongly preferred; EPIC experience required.
• Competence in hemodynamic monitoring and EKG lead placement.
• Familiarity with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement.
• Ability to float to other units if required during staff shortages.
