Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team at our Allen, TX location. The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment by assisting servers and ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for the next guests. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave. Assist servers by refilling water glasses and delivering bread or other items as needed. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations. Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables and transport them to the kitchen. Ensure condiments, napkins, and silverware are stocked and organized. Assist with setting up dining areas before service begins. Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service. Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
