Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position in Neptune, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating neonatal patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and developing individualized plans of care. The nurse will perform therapeutic interventions, manage patient care, and advocate for evidence-based practice standards.

Job Details

• Location: Neptune, New Jersey
• Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three (3) shifts per week, with every other weekend required
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Certifications & Education: - ASN (associate degree in nursing) required; BSN preferred - BLS - AHA - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (AHA only) - New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - 1+ year of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit preferred; minimum 0 years required
• Skills: - Patient Care - Nursing Care Planning - Patient Assessment - Therapeutic Nursing Interventions - Care Management - Clinical Documentation - Evidence-Based Practice - Pediatric Nursing - PICU Nursing
• Floating: Float rotation may be required as needed (Pediatrics/PICU)
