Role Overview This position involves creating and maintaining schedules for a multidisciplinary home care team to ensure exceptional patient care and compliance with regulations. The role requires independent decision-making regarding daily staffing, with clinical support from supervisors or care coordinators. The candidate must learn and utilize complex scheduling software, monitor schedules proactively, and communicate effectively with clinicians and charge nurses. Responsibilities Manage daily staffing decisions independently. Ensure schedules adhere to home health regulations for timely care initiation. Learn and operate scheduling software efficiently. Monitor and communicate schedule updates proactively. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED. 2-5 years of relevant experience; supervisor experience is a plus. Ability to multitask and grasp complex regulations and software. Prior home care experience is advantageous.
