Senior Application Security Engineer

Seeking a full-time Senior Application Security Engineer, this remote position will manage penetration testing of core systems and AI applications, develop AI-assisted security tools, and conduct secure code reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Key responsibilities: Conduct manual penetration tests and build AI-assisted tooling to enhance testing coverage Define and implement testing strategies for AI applications and triage findings from SAST tools Perform secure code reviews across web applications, APIs, and AWS infrastructure Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in application security, offensive security, or product security Hands-on experience with pentesting and code reviews for web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) Understanding of AI/LLM attack surfaces and vulnerabilities characteristic of AI-generated code Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Go Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree, or equivalent industry experience
