Product Designer

Profile & Other Information

Key Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, develop high-quality creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand strategy and luxury standards.
• Design and execute premium payment card designs for National, Regional and International customers. Considering traditional plastic as well as premium metal materials and other innovative substrates.
• Create production-ready artwork while ensuring compliance with printing and regulatory specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all product lines.
• Support where necessary artwork adaptation for international markets.

Technical Skills
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of prepress, color management, and print processes.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for various printing technologies.
• Familiarity artwork management workflows is an advantage.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience, preferably within payment card design and/or luxury consumer goods.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in various design disciplines.
• Experience with workflow automation and artwork management.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 3D visualization is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
