Front of House Staff

Empress by Boon, San Francisco’s acclaimed fine dining destination in the heart of Chinatown, is seeking an experienced and passionate FOH Manager/Server/Bartender to join our exceptional front-of-house team.

Our ideal candidates are those who:

• A minimum of 3 years of serving experience in an upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, mentor, and inspire fellow team members during service.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confidence in managing guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and service standards, with a desire to continuously expand your expertise.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Lead service on the floor while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
• Serve as a role model for service excellence and teamwork.
• Build meaningful connections with guests and anticipate their needs throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with management, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Help create an energetic, positive, and guest-focused culture.
