Your responsibilities include:Operating and maintaining the dish machine according to manufacturer and health department standardsScraping, rinsing, racking, washing, unloading, and properly storing dishes and utensilsTransporting clean dishes and utensils to the kitchen line and other Food & Beverage areas as neededCleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, including stovetops, ovens, fryers, mixers, coolers, and prep areasMaintaining cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, walls, counters, walk-in coolers, freezers, and matsEmptying trash and recycling throughout the kitchen and dish areasRestocking supplies such as plates, utensils, soap, and hand towelsHandling cleaning chemicals safely and following all safety and sanitation guidelinesAssisting with moving food carts, dish racks, and kitchen equipmentSupporting associate cafeteria operations, including setup, breakdown, stocking, and inventory of paper goodsPreparing hot and cold food items for associate meals according to menus and recipesMaintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentationFollowing proper sanitation, hygiene, and personal appearance standardsPerforming additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operationsWhat Will You Bring to the Role?We're looking for dependable, team-focused individuals who take pride in their work.
