Navigator Homes is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Clinical Records & Scheduling Coordinator. This role is responsible for maintaining clinical records, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, and providing administrative support to the clinical team.

Responsibilities -

. Maintain resident clinical records

. Coordinate staff schedules

. Manage medical and office supply inventory

. Support nursing leadership with administrative tasks

. Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Qualifications -

. Administrative experience in healthcare preferred

. Strong organizational and computer skills

. Experience with scheduling systems preferred (OnShift)

. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
