Generations of Hutch Vintage Market, located in the heart of Hutchinson, KS, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to help us create memorable experiences for our customers. What You’ll Be Doing As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our vintage market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the store manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Supervising and motivating team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Helping to maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring store is organized and inviting.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
