About the Role As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant , you'll represent nationally recognized clients through face-to-face customer interactions. You'll educate customers about products and services, provide exceptional customer support, and help drive new business growth. Compensation Hourly base pay (paid weekly) Uncapped commission opportunities Paid training What You'll Do Build relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face interactions. Educate customers on products, services, and promotional offerings. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support sales initiatives while contributing to individual and team goals. Develop professional skills in customer service, business development, and consultative sales. Participate in ongoing leadership and management training as you progress. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
