We’re hiring a Service Advisor at JM Auto Service in Eveleth, Minnesota , right in the heart of the Iron Range. We’re not looking for someone to simply answer the phone and write up cars. We want someone who enjoys talking with people, selling, solving problems, keeping things moving, and taking care of customers. You’ll work with customers from the first phone call through pickup, explain recommendations clearly, build trust, sell needed repairs and maintenance, coordinate with technicians, and help keep the shop flowing.
