We believe the work of massage therapists and estheticians truly does change the world one fantastic body at a time.Company perks include a professional and safe environment, flexible schedules, a steady book of business, beautiful treatment rooms, a Massage Heights Family Fund, paid training, a digital work environment, employee discounts, and competitive pay that includes tips, commission, and bonus opportunities.Schedule/expected work hours include 6–8-hour shifts, full and part-time positions available, a required 1 weekend shift, and days and evening shifts available.Responsibilities include customizing massage services for each guest, performing service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy, promoting the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, and building relationships with guests to help them meet their self-care goals.Qualifications include a current state license to perform massage therapy, active liability insurance for massage therapy, passing background checks, the capability of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services, thriving in team environments, and excellent guest communication.Massage Heights is a national franchise U.S. and Canadian chain of massage and skincare Retreats that are locally owned and operated by small business owners.
