Your role as a Maintenance Supervisor Key responsibilities: Plan and supervise the execution of cost‑effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment. Direct, coordinate, and support maintenance personnel; work with contractors, vendors, or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve new and different technical problems regarding equipment. Maintain relevant records and ensure OSHA standards and programs are implemented. Instruct on the use of personal protective equipment and implement new ways of improving ergonomics within the facility. Maintain compliance with Process Safety Management Standards. Develop skills of team members. Manage compressed air system, hot water generation, and HVAC systems maintenance. Coordinate team member schedules, handle time and attendance records, hold monthly safety meetings, and perform other responsibilities as assigned. Who we are looking for Education: Bachelor’s degree, trade school, or 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance. Completion of Level 8 training in the MT or ERT program is preferred. Experience: 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance. Experience with anhydrous ammonia mechanical refrigeration and management is preferred. Computer skills: ability to run reports and handle payroll. Supervisory skills: responsible for supervising a group of personnel performing somewhat identical and related tasks or activities. Why join NewCold?
