Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Current flu vaccination required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in hospital-based outpatient or rehab services.
• Experience with standard outpatient modalities and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage high patient volumes.

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Shared housing available; no pets or guests allowed in provided housing.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide outpatient rehabilitation services to support patient recovery and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
