Construction Superintendent

A reputable and growing Commercial General Contractor in DFW is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. This contractor specialises in K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, and Higher Education projects, delivering a mix of ground-up and renovation work with project values up to $15M. Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved Enforce site safety standards and company policies Conduct quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Consultants Provide regular progress updates and maintain accurate site documentation Requirements 6-10 years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor Exposure to K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, or Higher Education projects is highly preferred Ability to manage projects in the $5M-$15M range Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control processes Proficiency with Procore and construction management software is a plus OSHA 30 preferred Must be local to the DFW area or able to commute daily What's on Offer Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Long-term career progression with a growing GC and a strong project pipeline #J-18808-Ljbffr Elsdon Group
