Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Behavior Therapist Therapists - Tempe, AZ

Job Overview We are looking for a full‑time registered behavior technician to provide play‑based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years at our clinic located at 7665 S Research Dr, Tempe, AZ 85284. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (predictable daytime hours – no nights). Optional Saturdays available based on patient needs. Position Type Full‑time. Certification Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Pay High School / Associate’s Degree: $19–$23.75 per hour Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50–$27.25 per hour Master’s Degree: $22.50–$28 per hour What You’ll Be Doing Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed Job Requirements At least 18 years old High‑school diploma Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire Team mindset: may occasionally help support other ABC clinics if additional coverage is needed Benefits Guaranteed full‑time hours and raises every 6 months 10 paid holidays, 10 PTO days, and 2 flex days Health insurance covered 90%, plus dental and vision Free Friday lunch, DoorDash DashPass, and Calm app Student loan repayment support Supportive, team‑focused work environment ABC is an equal opportunity employer.
