We are seeking creative, energetic, godly, servants with a high capacity for ministry to a local church. Position Summary: Worship and Tech staff member will work as part of the pastoral team to direct attenders of Boulevard Christian Church to the glory and holiness of God, while lifting high the name of Jesus, through worship. Key Requirements: • A vital relationship with Jesus Christ, which is clearly demonstrated in lifestyle, commitment to prayer, and Biblical knowledge. • Recruit, supervise, and lead the volunteer worship teams. • Coordinate the music and worship ministry. • Collaborate with the Senior Minister in planning all worship services. • Communicate scheduling through Planning Center Online Services. • Plan and schedule special services, worship nights, Christmas, and Easter services in a timely manner. • Flexible range of musical styles. • Coordinate set up and tear down for all audio-visual needs within the church. • Ability to read music, transpose, and teach others music theory. • Instrument skills a bonus. Piano or guitar preferred.
