Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This direct hire opportunity is for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist based in Hilliard, OH. The pharmacist will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient medication management for patients receiving home infusion therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify intravenous (IV) medications to ensure accuracy and safety
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations
- Communicate with patients to address questions and provide guidance
- Perform IV compounding according to established protocols and standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Ohio pharmacist license is required
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting
- Proven background in home infusion pharmacy
- Skilled in IV compounding and verification processes
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
