Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer with a deep understanding of GitHub, HTML, and HTML/CSS. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical writing, with a proven track record of producing clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation and content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, tutorials, and release notes.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to gather information and understand the technical aspects of our products.
Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborative writing processes.
Create and maintain web-based documentation using HTML and CSS.
Ensure all content adheres to the company's style guide and branding guidelines.
Continuously update and improve existing documentation to reflect new features and updates.
Conduct content reviews and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the technology industry.
Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for web-based documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation.
Experience with content management systems and documentation tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
