Restaurant Management Opportunity

Job Overview Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and other staff. Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance and that guest satisfaction and engagement remain high. Responsibilities Manage and direct Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and other staff. Collaborate with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game. Focus on guest‑related metrics and guest engagement. Support ongoing training and development of the team. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor regulations. Qualifications Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety systems. Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and foster a passion for training and development.
