1. Representing insurance companies in defense of bodily and personal injury claims.
2. Providing expert legal advice on insurance defense law, products liability, and premises liability defense.
3. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations into insurance claims to determine the validity of the claim and the potential for defense.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and modifying legal documents related to insurance defense cases.
5. Preparing and presenting defense cases in court.
6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of the insurance company in an effort to resolve the case as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
7. Keeping abreast of current legislation and legal developments in the field of insurance defense law and adjusting strategies accordingly.
8. Collaborating with other members of the legal team to develop and implement effective defense strategies.
9. Providing training and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.

Job Details Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense law, with a particular focus on products liability and premises liability defense.
4. Proven experience in representing insurance companies in defense of bodily and personal injury claims.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
6. Strong research and report writing skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable manner.
8. A strategic thinker with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
