Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly Qualifications Experience supporting or managing daily operations in a fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service environment. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while creating a positive and inclusive culture. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and daily priorities. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to support membership goals, referrals, and overall club performance. Ability to create a welcoming member experience and build strong relationships with members. Understanding of cleanliness, health, safety, and facility standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and team members. Dependable, motivated, and willing to take ownership while continuing to grow as a leader. Responsibilities Lead and inspire front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming member experience. Oversee daily club operations, ensuring a clean, safe, friendly, and motivating environment. Manage staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage and efficient daily operations. Support club sales goals by driving memberships, referrals, and member engagement. Build strong relationships with members and help resolve questions or concerns. Monitor facility cleanliness and maintenance needs and ensure issues are addressed promptly. Hold team members accountable to company expectations, policies, and standards.
