Contractsafe Compliance Coordinator
LaSalle Network has partnered with a healthcare accreditation organization to hire a ContractSafe Compliance Coordinator for a 6–8 week project supporting contract repository cleanup and reporting optimization.
Key Details:
- Location: Remote
- Work Model: Hybrid (Monday–Wednesday onsite preferred)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Start: No later than May 26, 2026
- Pay: $29–$32/hour

What You'll Do:
- Review and validate ContractSafe contract records for completeness and accuracy
- Update/implement newly defined fields and populate required data elements
- Standardize records, clean up metadata, and align document naming conventions
- Archive documents per retention policies
- Upload/index newly executed contracts using the established framework
- Support reporting (upcoming renewals, required actions, workload planning by renewal dates, deposit schedules)
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on ContractSafe experience (required)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Detail-oriented with experience working in structured datasets/contract documentation
- Regulated-industry experience (healthcare/legal/financial services) is a plus
