Your day-to-day

Based onsite with the Pall Aerospace Quality Assurance team in New Port Richey, FL , you’ll report to the Quality Control Inspection Manager and work a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule—overtime is routine. Each day, you will:

• Conduct final dimensional and visual inspections across all value streams and perform Receiving Inspection of incoming parts—verifying certifications, documentation, and Purchase Order compliance.
• Execute in-process and final inspections against engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Inspect complex, tight-tolerance machined components and sub-assemblies using conventional tools and systems: CMM, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, optical comparator, height gauges, ring gauges, pin gauges , and more.
• Drive quality resolution: document nonconformances and collaborate with Quality Engineering to implement Corrective Actions .

What you bring

• High School diploma or GED and 2+ years of inspection experience in Aerospace, Military, or Machining Manufacturing within an ISO 9001 / AS9100 environment.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings , blueprint literacy, and experience with Aerospace Customer Flow Downs .
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office and an ERP such as SAP ; hands-on mastery with precision instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, comparators, oscilloscopes, vision systems , and related tools.

Physical and scheduling expectations

• Flexibility to work overtime and adjust hours to meet deadlines.
• Lift up to 35 lbs daily; bend, lift, sit, and stand for extended periods; demonstrate strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
• Meet vision requirements: minimum 20/25 (with correction) ; successfully pass Ishihara’s Test for Color Deficiency and Jaeger Level 1 per PACS-PQ-0029 .
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
