The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) is seeking a Reserve Associate to administer and analyze reserves for a multifamily mortgage portfolio. You will assess compliance with loan documents, investor requirements, and deliver proactive risk mitigation, partnering with Asset Management and third-party consultants to ensure proper reserve levels. You’ll contribute to process improvements, training, and reporting while supporting day-to-day reserve activities and ad-hoc projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Community Preservation Corporation
