Infrastructure Engineer 3

Join our dynamic team as an Infrastructure Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our enterprise pipeline capabilities. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about CI/CD processes and have a knack for troubleshooting and guiding application teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Heavy experience with CI/CD pipelines, focusing on vulnerability scanning and code quality.
Proficiency in CI orchestration tools like GitHub Actions and Harness.
Experience with scanning tools such as Black Duck, Checkmarx, and Trufflehog.
Strong understanding of repositories (GitHub/Git SaaS) and binary/artifact management (Artifactory).
DevOps/CI-CD background with a focus on understanding the "whys," not just execution.
Automation/scripting skills, particularly in Python.
Ability to support app teams by troubleshooting and understanding technologies like Maven, Node.js, and Gradle.
Experience in SRE practices, including monitoring through Grafana and proactive workload review.
3-4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with prior work experience in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with TFS/Jenkins, understanding deploy pipelines.
Good communication skills to interact with internal customers and app teams.
Developers who no longer want to develop but can understand tech logs and speak the developers' language.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Help operations team onboard into new tooling smoothly and support technical issues.
Push out platform updates and guide app teams on necessary actions.
Modify configurations and implement requested changes.
Manage ticket categories, prioritizing break/fix issues over service/change requests.
