A high-demand Maternal-Fetal Medicine opportunity is available in a rapidly expanding program within a major Texas metro. This is a true consultative-only role, allowing you to focus on high-risk pregnancy management, imaging, and clinical decision-making without the demands of deliveries or primary OB care. You will join an established and highly productive team with strong referral support and immediate patient volume. The program is in active growth mode, with plans to build a 3-5 physician team, creating opportunities for leadership and long-term program development. With flexible scheduling, minimal inpatient responsibilities, and strong infrastructure, this role is designed to support both clinical excellence and work-life balance. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Consultative-only MFM practice - no deliveries or primary OB care 
• Join a high-growth program expanding to 3-5 MFM physicians 
• Established team of 2 MFMs producing ~12K+ wRVUs annually 
• Immediate patient volume with strong unmet demand 
• Built-in referrals from OB/GYN network and 60+ PCPs 
• Support Level IV NICU at flagship hospital 
• Minimal inpatient responsibilities; OB hospitalists manage admits 
• 5-day workweek with flexible and part-time options available 
• Shared call model trending toward 1:3 or better (mostly phone-based) 
• Multiple site options with expansion across key hospital locations 
• Modern infrastructure: Athena EMR, GE ultrasound, ViewPoint integration 
• AI scribe tools and remote read capabilities available 
• Robust support staff including MAs, RNs, sonographers, and coordinators 
• Strong clinical autonomy with customizable workflows 
• Income potential $800K-$900K+ with $600K-$700K guarantee
