Remote HR Data & Analytics Analyst

Eliassen Group

Eliassen Group is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst for a remote, consulting role. The analyst will support HR Operations by delivering workforce reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning. The position collaborates with HRIS and other HR teams to ensure accurate, secure reporting and compliance across time-sensitive data requests.
