Client Services Manager

We're supporting a respected professional services firm that's launching a brand-new client portal and is looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day client experience. This is a newly created position where you'll become the go-to expert on the firm's client portal, helping clients navigate the platform while working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, manage user access and continually improve the overall experience. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology but prefers working with people rather than writing code. Responsibilities: Become the internal expert on a new client portal Support clients with platform questions and access issues Track, prioritise and coordinate resolution of client requests Work closely with IT and operational teams to resolve technical issues Administer user permissions and platform settings Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for improvement Help create documentation and best practices Train colleagues and clients on using the platform Ensure client information remains accurate across systems Experience within financial services, legal, trust or wealth management environments would be particularly valuable. This is a 9-month contract with the potential for extension depending on project needs. Must be Boston-based and onsite 3x per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
