Schedule Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in a Level IV NICU to provide high-quality care to our critically ill neonates. Our facility handles high acuity surgical, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and neurological conditions of the neonate, with a particular focus on acute cases. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU. Manage ventilated and acute patients, administering appropriate therapies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care. Perform necessary procedures as indicated by patient's condition. Educate families regarding infant care and health conditions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level IV NICU setting. Current BLS certification required. OH or Compact RN License required at the time of application. Experience with ventilators and patients with tracheostomy preferred. Knowledge of common diagnoses, including but not limited to Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Intraventricular Hemorrhage, and Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. Why ARMStaffing?
