We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 2â3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident communicating with candidates and clients over the phone.
The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills , be bilingual in Spanish and English , and have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to placement
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen and qualify candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Review resumes and match candidates to open job opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing and screening
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 2â3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
