Lastly, you enjoy working hard and celebrating hard, and you’d be shocked if guests weren’t positively impacted by their interactions with you.We are seeking a hands-on leader to inspire and guide our retail team while delivering our S.M.I.L.E service culture – *Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment*. As a **L****ead,****Retail Brand Ambassador**, you will engage guests, oversee store operations, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service and maximize sales.**Key Responsibilities:****Guest Experience*** Engage guests to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience* Promote Hawks merchandise by recommending products and upselling* Demonstrate our service culture in every interaction**Leadership & Team Support:*** Supervise, train, and coach Retail Brand Ambassadors to maximize sales and service* Assist with onboarding and product training for new team members* Provide feedback and support to help the team meet goals**Store Operations:*** Open and close retail locations, including cash handling and securing keys* Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies* Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and organized**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations* Experience with POS systems and cash handling* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail* Outstanding interpersonal skills, punctuality, and reliability* Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 80% of scheduled events monthly.* Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift/move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.* Reliable transportation We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.*If this opportunity looks exciting to you, please complete the application process.
