Associate Account Executive

Supporting a high-performing media sales team, the full-time Associate Account Executive will assist Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and pre-sale strategy to campaign execution and post-sale management, in a hybrid work environment based in Philadelphia. Key responsibilities: Support Account Executives in the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, planning, execution, and management Coordinate responses to RFPs and develop compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with internal teams Build and maintain strong relationships with agency and client partners to ensure successful campaign execution Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in media sales, account management, ad operations, or media planning Experience with both linear and digital advertising campaigns Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and media metrics Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
