Inicio is looking for an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead our leasing team in Tampa. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building high‑performing teams, hitting occupancy goals, and elevating the resident experience across our portfolio. What You'll Do Lead, coach & develop the leasing team Drive occupancy & leasing performance Analyze market trends & pricing strategy Oversee leasing operations & compliance Direct marketing & outreach initiatives Report KPIs to senior leadership Champion resident satisfaction & retention What We're Looking For 3+ years in leasing or property management Proven team leadership experience Organized, proactive & results‑driven Strong communication & people skills Creative thinker with strategic mindsetFamiliarity with Tampa rental market preferred Yardi or similar software experience a plus Why Inicio Competitive pay Base salary + performance bonus Benefits Health and employee benefits Paid vacation Time off to rest & recharge Discounted rent On Inicio properties (subject to availability) Room to grow Lead & shape the future of our team #J-18808-Ljbffr
