Tool and die experience is a plus—but a willingness to learn is what matters most!Requirements:Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.Experience in manufacturing, mechanical, automotive, or related fields preferred.Ability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment safely.Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision components.Dependable work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.High School Diploma or GED (technical or trade school training is a plus).Job Duties:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on molds, dies, and tooling.Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble tooling components.Repair minor wear, chips, and surface imperfections to restore tool performance.Buff, polish, and finish tooling to maintain quality standards.Inspect components for damage and document maintenance activities.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Support senior toolmakers with complex repairs while developing your technical skills.Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
