Job Description
Job Description
Welcome to Woofbeach! We are currently looking for a dedicated skilled groomer that is a team player and great in their customer service. Canine sensitivity, customer service, and a career focused attitude are all attributes that will help you excel in our salon. Below are a few things that you must be ready for.
opening and closing procedures like setting up salon, calling back voicemails and counting down drawer at end of the night
Cleaning and maintenance on all equipment in store. Your not gross, and we don't want to be either. dog hair and dirt carry smell and or course dirt. It is imperative that the salon be cleaned daily and that equipment is maintained daily, weekly, and monthly in order to make sure we continue to have efficient equipment to use. We don't need anything slowing us down.
Properly grooming, bathing, and handling dogs coming in both to breed standard and client standard
A positive customer focused attitude. We always strive for creating an experience for all of our families.
Managing a calendar both by booking appointments, cancelling them if you aren't able to make it, and being able to add proper notes for consistency across all locations.
Overall we look for bringing that next level to the customer and being a place that dogs and people both want and cant wait to come back too. If you are looking for a place to call home, shoot us over an application.
Its always a pleasure!
