Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving residents’ mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, use of modalities, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
