Express Employment Professionals - Farmingdale, NY is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to conduct in-person evaluations of local businesses. As a Secret Shopper , you will visit assigned locations, observe customer service interactions, assess business operations, and provide accurate feedback through structured reporting.


This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, professional, and comfortable interacting with a variety of businesses while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned businesses according to a provided schedule.
• Observe customer service, cleanliness, product availability, and overall customer experience.
• Complete detailed reports documenting findings and observations.
• Follow all project guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Maintain professionalism during all assignments.
• Submit reports accurately and within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must meet standard law enforcement compliance appearance guidelines (appearing to be under 25 years of age) to accurately test retailer ID-checking procedures.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel to multiple local business locations.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or computer to complete reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
