We are happy to be providing a competitive starting wage where our entry level Team Members with experience can start out earning anywhere between $10.00 - $13.00 per hour PLUS tips. Employees will be paid through training, will be allowed discounted employee meals, and offered huge opportunities for career growth. Experience is preferred but not required, however, all applicants must have a positive attitude and the ability to work late nights and weekends. The Fat Shack in Fort Worth is offering fantastic opportunities for growth within the company. We have 30+ operating locations throughout the country with more on the way. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas, including bussing tables.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
