Position Overview
Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a swing shift role supporting precision machining operations. This position offers an hourly wage of $20–$40 per hour, plus a $4 swing-shift differential, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines for precision machining
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
- Strong knowledge of CNC operation and programming
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work swing shift hours
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical certification or associate degree in machining (preferred)
