Our PONTIAC SOUTH Branch is actively seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader/Vegetation Control Applicator to join our team. If you hold a current MDARD State Pesticide License, previous Spray Tech experience, and boast a Chauffer’s License, we want to hear from you! This is NOT an entry level position and requires at least 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader work experience and Pesticide Spray Application experience at a Company we can contact to verify as well as MDARD Licenses required (6 Core & Right of Way REQUIRED; 3A, 3B as well - Preferred) RATE OF PAY IS DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD, STARTING at $18 PER HOUR. If your resume does not show LANDSCAPING CREW LEADER EXPERIENCE; your Application WILL BE REJECTED - make sure your Landscaping Crew Leader work experience is on your resume. What You Bring Current State Pesticide License (MDARD 3A, 3B, 6 Core, Right of Way) PREFERRED; Minimum 1 year of previous Spray Tech experience; Chauffer’s License and Clean Driving Record Mandatory Checks Successful candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check, Driving Background check, and Drug Test as part of the MDOT Medical Card process upon receiving an Offer of Employment. Rate of Pay: Compensation is varied and will be discussed during the interview process but the starting pay range can be found in the Job Description using the link above.
