Logistics Coordinator
Managed inbound and outbound logistics operations in a high-volume distribution center. Verified purchase orders, carrier appointments, trailer seal numbers, and shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance. Scheduled and adjusted carrier appointments using C3 Dock Scheduling to support operational priorities and prevent stock-outs. Processed inbound shipments, assigned dock doors, and prepared receiving paperwork. Allocated outbound orders, prioritized picking, validated inventory in WMS, and processed inventory adjustments through Red Prairie. Investigated stock shortages, communicated shipment exceptions, and coordinated resolutions with Customer Service. Generated Bills of Lading (BOLs), verified shipment documentation, and ensured proper driver sign-off procedures. Provided exceptional customer service to carriers, clients, and internal teams through phone and email communication. Coordinated delivery appointments, internal transfer orders, and international shipments while preparing required shipping documentation. Troubleshot shipment issues, managed daily operational reports, maintained records, archived documentation, and supported leadership with reporting and transportation data analysis.
